How to test the quality of tinplate cans?
Many buyers and friends do not deal with the tin cans every day, so the quality requirements of the tin cans are not very accurate? Below I will introduce you to the detection method of the quality of tinplate cans.
1. Scratch. This is one of the common quality issues with tinplate boxes. Quality inspection requires no scratches and iron leakage in the main parts, and no more than 3 minor scratches on the secondary parts. There should be no serious scratches or mechanical scratches on the main patterns and characters on the printed surface. It is not allowed to exist if there is a small amount of dispersion on the main pattern surface without affecting the appearance of the vision.
Main part: The pattern of the theme of the reaction product, text, special mark and barcode position.
Slight scratching: The printed surface should not be larger than 0.3mm*20mm, and the traces of iron scratches should not be exposed.
The main visual surface: the front surface of the product is placed directly in front of and directly below the daylight, and the outer surface can be observed.
Non-primary visual surface: Other surfaces than the main visual surface, such as the back, side, bottom and inner surfaces.
2. Printed patterns. It is required that the printed pattern of the main body is clear and complete, and the layers are clearly defined. The text needs to be clear and correct, without misprinting, no ghosting, and accurate overprinting. Here also talk about the printing dot, the color depth can not be solved with the amount of ink, thickness, but by the size of the depth of the dot, the distance between the dot and the dot will not change. However, the size between the dots is changing, so a screen is formed, which is an optical part of a network image composed of large and small dots.
3. Printing color difference. The color difference should be the quality problem of a tin can with the most complaints from customers. The surface color is required to be uniform. According to the design drawings and the proofing products, there is no obvious difference in color. If it is fireproof, dangerous and other distinctive marking colors, the pattern is required to be consistent with the standard, and the overprinting is accurate. The printed layout is full, without obvious defects such as dirt, wrinkles, air bubbles, sag, exposed bottom, and dirty spots.
4. Rusty. The quality of the tinplate can be rusted. The secondary part has no obvious scratch marks and the impression of the roller after the rust is wiped off. The roller impression refers to the whitening and dull appearance of the can body after being bent by the can maker. Embossing marks.
